WHAT DO WE PROVIDE YOUR CHILD?
We work with players of all levels, from a boy who just started tennis at the age of 3, to playing tennis for his hobby, from seeking success in national tournaments to tennis players who are candidates to be pros. This is a job that requires experience and expertise, and we have a team of coaches to meet the developmental needs of your child, no matter what age and level your child is.
- At Optimum Tennis Academy, your child will learn and progress easily with the movements he uses in his normal life, instead of complex technical knowledge with the Natural Movement-Based education method.
- In strategy-based training, he will not only learn the basic and special strokes of tennis, but also acquire the emotional and mental skills required to win matches.
- He will receive the best physical training possible with the work carried out by our 6-person conditioner staff, who are an integral part of our every training and are experts in tennis conditioning.
- With our modular training plan, they will know what to do in order to move up to the next level, and will receive training at the level they deserve as a result of concrete evaluations.
- Thanks to our scholarship system, they will be entitled to a tuition discount as long as they reach the determined goals.
- When he or she goes to tournaments, a coach will be with him as the tournament coach. They will support the necessary adjustments during the tournament, monitor the match and keep a detailed match analysis. With this data, the training program will be reshaped according to the needs, if necessary.
TRAININGS
Mini Tennis
Our program for children between the ages of 4-6 to begin tennis, to make them love tennis, to develop game-based whole-body posture, coordination and basic motor skills, and to give them an athletic posture.
- Programmed as tennis, conditioning and games on the court for 1.5 hours on weekends.
- A maximum of 6 students are trained on 1 court.Winter season continues (according to the Education – Training Calendar)

Initial Training
Our program where we aim to teach basic tennis techniques and strategies.
- Programmed maximum 3 days a week, minimum 2 days a week
- Each training is programmed as 1 hour tennis and 1 hour conditioning
- A maximum of 6 students are trained on 1 court.
- Winter season continues (according to the Education – Training Calendar)
- Charged monthly
Basic training
Developing the necessary strategic, technical, physical and mental skills for players who are just starting to play tournaments.
A coach is assigned in almost all tournaments of our players who receive basic training.
The matches are monitored by the coach in charge and “match analysis” is kept. According to the results of these match analysis, training contents are arranged during the tournament returns.
- Programmed maximum 4 days a week, minimum 2-3 days
- A maximum of 4 students are trained on 1 court.
- Each training is programmed as 1 hour tennis and 1 hour conditioning
- Winter season continues (according to the Education – Training Calendar)
- Charged monthly
Performance Training
Developing the technical, physical and strategic tennis skills of the player, adding new skills and moving them further than their current situation.
A coach is assigned in almost all tournaments of our players who receive performance training. The matches are monitored by the coach in charge and “match analysis” is kept. According to the results of these match analysis, training contents are arranged during the tournament returns.
- Programmed maximum 6 days a week, minimum 5 days a week
- A maximum of 3 students are trained on 1 court.
- Each workout is programmed as 1.5 hours tennis, 1 hour fitness
- Winter season continues (according to the Education – Training Calendar)
- Charged monthly
High Performance Training
To improve the technical, physical, mental and strategic tennis skills of the player, to ensure that they can compete in the national and international arena by adding new skills,
A group coach is assigned in almost all tournaments of our players who receive High Performance training.
His matches are watched by the coach and “match analysis” is kept. According to the results of these match analysis, training contents are arranged during the tournament returns.
- Maximum 6 days a week (7 workouts per week, 1 double workout on the weekend)
- A maximum of 2 students are trained on 1 court.
- Each workout is programmed as 1.5 hours tennis, 1 hour fitness
- Students get mental training on and off the court
- Winter season continues (according to the Education – Training Calendar)
- Charged monthly
SUMMER CAMPS
Full Day Summer Camp
Provides the opportunity to do long-term, repetitive tennis and condition training in summer.
A coach is assigned in almost all tournaments of our players participating in the Summer Camp.
His matches are watched by the coach and “match analysis” is kept.
According to the results of these match analysis, training contents are arranged during the tournament returns.
- It is programmed as 5 days, 3 hours tennis, 1.5 hours conditioning training on weekdays.
- 2 hours of match training on Saturdays
- 2, 3 or 4 in 1 court (to be determined according to the tennis level of the group)
Half Day Summer Camp
This programme is suitable for beginners or players who have just started playing tennis.
- It is programmed as 5 days, 1 hour tennis, 1 hour conditioning training on weekdays.
- 4-6 players in 1 court
- Charged according to Summer Camp periods
Summer School
For 7 to 15 years old players, this programme consists of primarly tennis and conditioning training but also includes various other activities.
During summer, parents who work can leave their children with us all day long in a safe environment surrounded with nature.
Weekdays:
- 09:00-09:30 Breakfast

11:00:12:00 Conditioning for tennis
12:00-13:30 Lunch and free time
13:30 – 15:00 Tennis
15:00 – 16:00 Chess, painting, soccer or basketball
16:00-16:30 Cool down and active resting

LINGERING QUESTIONS
Enthousiasm, sportswear, tennis shoes and rackets. Hat and sunscreen in sunny weather. And a flask for drinking water from the fountains on the courts. If you don’t have a racket, we can borrow a racket until you get it. In addition, there are all kinds of tennis equipment in our proshop, including rackets.
We provide the balls to be used in training.
Soap / shampoo and towels are available in the showers in our dressing rooms.
Before attending the course, there will be about a half an hour of “trial training” to determine your child’s level and needs. This trial workout is free.
If you then decide to join the course, all programs are paid. For fee information, please contact us through our communication channels.
