Membership is not required to attend our trainings, but the fees for our members are 50% off for the first training package they attend, and 10% discount for every training they attend afterwards!
- In strategy-based training, you not only develop the basic and specific strokes of tennis, but also acquire the mental skills needed to win matches.
- With the Natural Motion Based training method we have developed at Optimum Tennis Academy, you can easily learn and progress with the movements you use in your daily life instead of complex technical information.
- Before starting the training, we do a short trial training with you, listen to you and determine your needs. With this information, reach your development goals in a short time with the training program specially prepared for you. If you are just starting out, don’t worry, we already know your needs.
- Increase your mobility on the court and catch up with the balls you cannot reach with the exercises carried out by our 6-person conditioner staff who are experts in tennis conditioning and are an integral part of every training.

Courses
Introduction to Tennis
If you’re thinking about starting tennis but aren’t sure whether you’ll like it or not, this short-term starter pack is for you. At the end of this training, it is not possible to reach the level of mutual play, but you will both enjoy tennis and have the best foundation for Beginner Training.
- Maximum 2 players on a court
- 4 sessions
- 1 hour tennis, 1 hour conditioning training in each session
- 8 hours of training in total, including 4 hours tennis, 4 hours conditioning
Initial Training
You are just starting out in tennis or you have played a little, but you are having difficulty playing with another player yet. At the end of this training, you will be able to use the 3 basic hits of tennis, forehand, backhand and serve, while playing with someone and make matches using the most basic knowledge of strategy.
- Maximum 3 players on a court
- 7 sessions
- 1 hour tennis, 1 hour conditioning training in each session
- A total of 14 hours of training, including 7 hours of tennis and 7 hours of conditioning
Basic training
If you have completed the Beginner Training or if you are a tournament player, learn the choice of strokes required to win a match, how to force mistakes on the opponent, and practice the strokes to apply them. If you have a good command of basic shots, learn or improve mid-zone and net play.

- 1 hour tennis, 1 hour conditioning training in each session
- A total of 14 hours of training, including 7 hours of tennis and 7 hours of conditioning
Performance Training
Learn to analyze the opponent, use your own strengths, increase your shot diversity and mental skills with this training for players who play tournaments and want to rise in the national or international rankings, who aim to join the national team.
- Maximum 2 players on a court
- 7 sessions
- 1 hour tennis, 1 hour conditioning training in each session
- A total of 14 hours of training, including 7 hours of tennis and 7 hours of conditioning
- Match coaching and video analysis supported training, according to level and need
Private lessons
For players of all levels, if for any reason you are not able to participate in group training, do not prefer group lessons or there are shots you need to correct individually.
- It is a one-to-one lesson format that the trainer does with you.
- Condition training can also be added optionally.
Tournament Coaching
If you want your competing skills to improve, you must
- Develop your technical, strategic, physical and mental skills
- Practice these skills in situations of increasing stress
- Apply these skills in tournament matches
For this, you need gain the experience of playing tournament matches.
We aim to improve this experience with the tournament coaching program:
- Pre-match warm-up training

LINGERING QUESTIONS
Enthousiasm, sportswear, tennis shoes and rackets. Hat and sunscreen in sunny weather. And a flask for drinking water from the fountains on the courts. If you don’t have a racket, we can borrow a racket until you get it. In addition, there are all kinds of tennis equipment in our proshop, including rackets.
We provide the balls to be used in training.
Soap / shampoo and towels are available in the showers in our dressing rooms.
Before attending the course, there will be about a half an hour of “trial training” to determine your child’s level and needs. This trial workout is free.
If you then decide to join the course, all programs are paid. For fee information, please contact us through our communication channels.
Don’t worry. Before the course, we determine your needs in the “trial training” we will do with you and match them with a training partner suitable for you. Usually, training is started immediately with a suitable partner, sometimes it may take up to 1 or 2 weeks.
Trainings are carried out during our working hours, as long as our coaches and courts are available, on the day and time you prefer.
